Yes we do. If you would like us to perform a domain name search and register a domain name for you, we can include it as a part of your design contract. Simply let us know the domain name you would like to use along with a few alternative names. Once you have provided us with a few name options, we perform a search to see if any of your choices are available. After you select a name, we take care of the registration for you.
We offer different web hosting solutions depending on the specific requirements of your site. If you already have webspace that you are currently paying for, we advise that you continue to host your site there.
The estimated time of completion is determined on a case-by case basis, depending upon the size and complexity of the project. A simple 1-5 page web design project could be completed in as little as 5 days where a more complex site involving components such as interactive forms, databases or e-commerce would take a significantly longer time to develop.We will include a timeline of the estimated time frame involved with designing your site. We can transfer your files to your web site for you or you can transfer the files yourself using an FTP (File Transfer Protocol ) client.
You can purchase a one-year site maintenance contract that is payable montly. If you don't anticipate needing changes and updates often, we also offer site maintenance at an hourly rate on an as-needed basis.
Though most clients find it more convenient to have us update their sites periodically, you can by all means update your site yourself with a web site editor and a content management system such as Macromedia Contribute.
After final approval by you, and all associated web design costs have been met, your web pages will be uploaded to the Internet and you will have complete ownership of your web site.
For the protection of everyone involved, we require a signed contract, along with one third of the total estimated cost before we begin work on your web project.
One third of the total estimated cost for our web design services, along with a signed contract, is due as a down payment before we begin work on your site. The balance is due upon completion and your final approval of the project.
We accept online credit card payments using Pay Pal, and we also accept cash and checks.
It isn't necessary to meet with you in person unless you prefer. In that case, we would be more than happy to have a representative meet with you. Otherwise, a site can usually be completed by using email, telephone, and fax.
